Dominic Roberts

Dominic’s practice covers all aspects of company law and financial engineering, as well as general commercial disputes. He also has a leading practice in shareholder and corporate governance disputes, including director defence work, and has been appointed in connection with various internal and governmental corporate investigations.

Dominic was formerly a litigation and corporate partner at a leading law firm and his expertise includes advising on transactional matters arising out of mergers and acquisitions, takeover schemes, returns of capital and group reconstructions. He also advises on contentious company law matters, such as diversion of business issues, director removals, pre-emption, transfer and allotment disputes and unlawful distributions. He also has considerable and long-standing experience of director disqualification claims.
