Sarah has been in practice at the Chancery Bar since 1989 and specialises in probate, trusts and associated capital taxation issues. Her practice extends to all aspects of contentious and non contentious work in those areas.

In relation to contentious work Sarah has extensive experience of probate actions, family provision claims, will constructions, Court of Protection applications and applications made by and against personal representatives and trustees.

In relation to non contentious work Sarah is experienced in dealing with the drafting and administration of all forms of testamentary and inter vivos trusts including personal injury trusts and also in advising on the duties of personal representatives and trustees Member of Northern Chancery Bar Association and Chancery Bar Association.
