Simon has extensive experience of a wide range of commercial litigation. He is annually noted in Chambers and Partners as a leader in commercial litigation. Simon’s principal practice areas are in commercial, business, company, partnership and banking/asset finance disputes.

After developing an early practice in Birmingham, Simon decided to spend three years working as a solicitor at Freehills, Sydney conducting high value commercial and insolvency litigation.

Simon regularly advises and acts in matters proceeding in all divisions of the High Court undertaking both interim applications and trials. He has represented parties in a number of arbitrations. He is an accredited mediator.

  • Acting in various claims for delivery up of goods of substantial value.
  • Acting in various partnership disputes.
  • Claim by strawberry producer for damage to crops caused by diseased plants supplied by grower.
